Job Details

What You will accomplish

  • Conduct telehealth therapy sessions for children ages 5-18, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, family dynamics, and more.
  • Assess clients’ emotional and behavioral needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support emotional, social, and developmental growth.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with families, school staff, and other professionals to support client progress when necessary.

What is needed in this role

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
  • Current Montana licensure as an LCSW or LCPC.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in therapeutic settings.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort using telemedicine platforms.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
