What is DiSH-MT?
Diabetes in School Health (DiSH) is a monthly school diabetes health teleconferencing program developed by pediatric endocrinologists alongside school nurses to help school-based personnel support and understand type 1 diabetes in the school setting. Thanks to a grant from the Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust, we are excited to be able to bring this incredible, customizable program to Montana!
Who are we?
Hi, it’s great to meet you! We are Montana Pediatrics, a network of pediatric providers across Montana who are committed to increasing access to health care and health equity for all of Montana’s children. Supporting children with Type 1 Diabetes and their families is an important part of our work and we’re excited to engage further with you and help support you and your students as much as you’d like.
